Made-to-order pieces are dispatched once production is complete. International delivery usually takes approximately 2–3 weeks after dispatch.

MADE-TO-ORDER

Each LUO piece is produced individually. Production typically takes within four weeks, with more complex pieces requiring additional time.

Completed pieces are photographed for your review before dispatch.

RETURNS

Made-to-order pieces are final sale once production has begun.
