How to Order

01 — Choose your piece

Every LUO piece is made to order, by hand, to your measurements.

02 — Measure

Enter your bust, underbust, waist, hips and height on the product page, following the measurement guide. If you're unsure, email us before ordering — we're happy to help.

03 — Production

Your piece is made over approximately four weeks. More complex pieces may take longer. If you need it by a specific date, contact us before ordering.

04 — Review

When your piece is finished, we photograph it and send the photos to you for review before dispatch.

05 — Delivery

Orders ship from Shenzhen, China. International delivery takes approximately 2–3 weeks, and tracking details are sent by email.
